Eligibility- who should submit this form
1. Prospective Students who meet the minimum degree-seeking application requirements and can document financial need (domestic students must submit FAFSA and international students must complete the "Financial Information for International Students" form and submit all supporting documentation. The "Financial Information for International Students" form can be found here: http://www.cln.iupui.edu/oiapdf/gradfinan.pdf.
2. Current degree-seeking Kelley Direct students not receiving employer tuition assistance of at least 50% tuition who have completed a minimum of 13.5 credit hours.
When to submit this form
Prospective students should submit this form with their application materials. This form should be included with the "Personal Statement" file uploaded in the University application. Applicants may submit this form via email to kdirect@indiana.edu instead.
Current students should submit this form once annually via email to kdirect@indiana.edu; application deadlines are January 15 and June 15.
